Professional cleaning between two rentals involves a thorough and detailed cleaning process to ensure that the property is left in pristine condition for the next tenant.

1. General Cleaning

Dusting: All surfaces, including baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans, windowsills, and vents, are dusted.

Vacuuming and Sweeping: Carpets, rugs, and all floors are vacuumed or swept to remove dirt, dust, and debris.

Tiles and Grout: Scrubbed to remove any buildup or mold.
Cabinets and Drawers: Wiped inside and out.

4. Bedrooms & Living area Cleaning

Closets: Cleaned inside, including shelves and rods.
Windows: Cleaned inside and, if accessible, outside; window tracksand sills are also cleaned.
Doors and Door Frames: Wiped down to remove fingerprints and grime.
Switches and Outlets: Wiped to remove any fingerprints or smudges.

5. Additional areas Cleaning

Laundry Area: Cleaned, including washer and dryer (lint traps and drum), and floor.
Balconies/Patios: Swept and cleaned if applicable.
Entryway: Swept and mopped, including any mats or rugs.

6. Final touches

Trash Removal: All trash is removed, and new liners are placed in bins.
